Vancouver's 2nd Best Driving Road

As a result of an Alexotics reader's reply to the "Vancouver's Best Driving Road" article, I've gone out and filmed a quick segment on Marine Drive around Whytecliff Park in West Vancouver. And I have to agree that this is one of the most exhilarating stretches of tarmac on the Northshore. What makes it so good that I'll drive for fifteen minutes just to get there, is it's open layout, it's continuous and flowing corners, and it's lack of driveways, traffic, or pedestrians. About a kilometer before the road runs out in a residential cull de sac, it's never burdoned by daily commuters, public transit busses, or van driving soccer moms. . Ideally I would of shown you the road's layout in the video clip to the right, but I forgot to tighten the bottom ring on my front windshield pointed camera, which resulted in a useless
shaky picture. The other angles turned out quite well, so I
hope you enjoy the clip, and head on over! Hit the
